At Mojo Pilates, our instructors are comprehensively trained and internationally recognised, including NCPT certification. We combine knowledge of anatomy, movement science and practical experience to support your body in everyday life.

Our sessions are designed to improve strength, posture and ease of movement, while always adapting to your individual needs.

Some clients come to build strength and move better in daily life, others return after a break or simply enjoy focused, high-quality training.

Our approach can be gentle, challenging or more specific when needed, but always with care, attention and a holistic view of the body.
 

Mojo Pilates is recognised by the Fitness Guide system.
Many supplementary insurance providers contribute to preventive movement training.
