General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Mojo Pilates
1. Purpose and Scope
These terms and conditions (AGB) govern the relationship between Mojo Pilates and its clients for participation in all services, including group classes, workshops, and private training sessions. By registering or attending, clients agree to these terms.
2. Registration and Payment

Registration for classes or workshops can be made online, via email, or in person and is binding upon confirmation.

Clients can either purchase credits/packages in advance, which are credited to their account, or pay the regular session price per class if they choose not to buy a package.

If paying per session, clients will be charged the regular price, which is higher than the discounted rate for those using packages.

For those using credits/packages, the corresponding session fee will be deducted from their remaining credits after each class attended.

Accepted payment methods for purchasing credits/packages or paying per session include cash, card, TWINT, and online banking.

All prices are listed in CHF and include applicable VAT (if any).
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all types of sessions (group classes, private sessions, workshops) must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time to avoid being charged the full fee.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
4. Participation and Health

Clients are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and suitability for Pilates. Any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or physical limitations must be disclosed to the instructor.

Mojo Pilates and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes or as a result of pre-existing conditions. Participation is at the client’s own risk.

Contagious Diseases: Clients with any contagious diseases (e.g., cold, flu, COVID-19, etc.) are not permitted to attend classes to protect the health and safety of others.
5. Studio Rules

Punctuality: Clients who arrive late may only participate in the remaining time of their session. The lost time will not be refunded or extended.

Clean, comfortable attire is required for participation.

Pilates mats and equipment are provided by Mojo Pilates.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of clients. Mojo Pilates assumes no liability for theft or loss.
6. Credit System

Mojo Pilates uses a credit-based system. Clients purchase credits/packages that can be used to book classes, private sessions, or workshops.

Credits are valid for the following durations, depending on the package purchased:

6 months for smaller packages.

8 months for mid-sized packages.

1 year for larger packages.

Unused credits expire after their validity period and are non-refundable.

In case of prolonged illness or injury, the validity period may be extended with a doctor’s note and prior agreement with Mojo Pilates.
7. Studio Cancellations

Mojo Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness.

Clients will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or rescheduling options.
8. Liability

Mojo Pilates is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or health issues arising during or after participation in its classes.

The studio assumes no responsibility for damages to or loss of personal property on the premises.
9. Data Protection

Mojo Pilates handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for course management and communication purposes and will not be shared without consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. An invalid clause will be replaced with a valid one that best reflects the original intent.
